The fine print
Now Tonite™ (NTNT™), including every podcast episode, video, live show, clip, article, newsletter, social media post and this website, is provided for educational, entertainment and informational purposes only.
Nothing here is meant to be, and nothing here should be taken as, advice of any kind: political, financial, investment, tax, legal, health, medical, nutritional, psychological, or otherwise. Nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, to vote any particular way, or to start, stop or change any treatment.
Always talk to a qualified, licensed professional before making decisions about your health, your money, your legal matters or anything else that matters to you. Listening to, watching or reading Now Tonite™ does not create a doctor–patient, attorney–client, advisor–client or any other professional relationship.
The views and opinions, as well as the language and expressions, articulated and recorded on Now Tonite™ are for the sole purpose of entertainment value and are not to be considered an opinion, political view or stance on any particular issue or subject matter.
Guests speak for themselves. We work to get things right, but stories move fast: we make no promise that anything here is complete, current or error-free, and details can change after an episode is recorded. Mentions and links are not endorsements. If you act on anything you hear or read here, that decision, and its outcome, is yours.
The not-so-fine print
Practice commonsense fuse safety at all times. Do not light anything you could not explain to your grandmother. Keep the studio's experimental truth serum out of reach of children and elected officials. Never microwave a hot take. Do not feed the breaking-news hamster after midnight. Avoid standing directly behind a story while it is blowing wide open. Return the borrowed crystal ball before the next election cycle. Do not ask the Victorian blasting engineer in the basement to "just try a little bit." If the countdown clock starts running backwards, unplug the studio and notify the intern. And stop asking whether you can hold the detonator. The answer is still no.
Stay curious. Check everything. Read past the headline.
